General Jackson Country Store & Deli

When I opened the General Jackson,  I had one thing in mind, to make great food at a fair price.  I pride myself on making everything the way I would make it for myself.  I only use the finest meats,  cheeses and bread when I prepare my food.  When I receive a product  from my vendors,  if it doesn't meet my standards,  it is immediately returned.  If by chance I run out of an ingrediant,  I will not substitute with an inferior grade but would rather not make that menu item that day.  I hope that you enjoy my food as much as I enjoy making it for you.
